     A. The Blessed man don’t Walk – “walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly”

     B. The Blessed man don’t Stand – “nor standeth in the way of sinners,”

     C. The Blessed man don’t Sit – “nor sitteth in the way of the scornful”

II. THE BLESSED MAN POSITIVE SIDE (v. 2)

     A. The Blessed man FULL AFFECTION was Captured by the Word of God – “But his delight is in the law of the Lord”

     B. The Blessed man FULL ATTENTION was Claimed by the Word of God – “and in his law doth        he meditate day and night”

III. THE BLESSED MAN DESCRIPTIVE SIDE (v. 3)

     A. The Blessed man is a PLANTED man – “And he shall be like a tree planted by the rivers of water”

     B. The Blessed man is a PRODUCTIVE man – “that bringeth forth his fruit in his season: his leaf also shall not wither: and whatsoever he doeth shall prosper.”
